Shipping costs & time


Shipments to foreign Customers are made by DHL DE shipping company. Estimated Delivery time – 4 to 6 working days.

InPost courier, prepayment – 14.00 zł (estimated delivery within 2 working days of the shipping date)

Delivery to a self-service pick-up station Paczkomaty  – 9.50 zł (estimated delivery – 2 working days of the shipping date)
E-commerce registered delivery – 8.00 zł (estimated delivery -3 working days of the shipping date)*

*This method is only available when buying small products: collars, leashes and accessories. 

For orders over PLN 300, delivery in Poland is free of charge.

Status of order completion

Parcels for foreign Customers are first delivered to the warehouse of Europaczka and then sent the Customer’s country from that place by means of DHL DE courier company.

The Customer will be notified about the shipment of goods by e-mail. Then, after the goods have been sent from the warehouse of Europaczka, the Customer will be sent a shipping number to track the parcel.

The status of order completion may be tracked in real time.

Once the order has been placed, you will receive a message confirming that your parcel has been sent. Then, using the order number, you will be able to check its status on the website of Europaczka, InPost or PocztaPolska (link to the website will be sent in an e-mail after the parcel has been sent).



If the ordered product does not meet your expectations, you can return it without providing any reason within 30 days of the date of receipt of the parcel and return it on terms and within deadlines referred to in the Terms and Conditions.

You should inform us about your intention to return a product within 30 working days of the date of goods delivery by sending a message to: office@pppaw.com
Then, print out and fill in the Return Form available here:
Pack the goods along with the Return Form. Remember that the goods should be properly packed so that they do not get damaged during transport.
Send the product(s) by prepaid postage to the following address:

The refund includes the value of the goods sent back along with the shipping costs of the goods TO the Customer (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the shipping method selected by the Customer other than the cheapest one – standard shipping offered by the Online Shop). The cost of shipping the goods by the Customer to the Seller is not subject to a refund.
The returned product will be refunded within 10 calendar days following the date the Shop received a complete parcel with the goods not showing any signs of use.
The refund will be made by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the Customer in the Return Form.

In order to replace the goods, it is first necessary to complete the Return/Replacement Form, where you have to indicate the desired product, and then send it to: office@pppaw.com.
The Customer will receive from us an e-mail with a confirmation of goods availability (which will also mean that the Shop has accepted the request to replace the goods). Once the availability of goods has been confirmed, the replaced product is to be sent at the expense of the Customer to the following address:

If the desired product is more expensive than the one bought previously, please transfer the difference to our bank account. The transfer name has to include the following remark: “Supplementary payment to Order No. …”. In such a case, the parcel will be sent once we have received your bank transfer. If the desired product is cheaper than the one ordered previously, the difference will be transferred to the bank account indicated in the Replacement/Return Form within 10 working days of the date we receive the replacement product.

We will not accept any “cash on delivery” parcels.


According to the Consumer Rights Act dated 30 May 2014, all products bought in our Shop come with the right in respect of the product nonconformity with the contract for a period of 2 years of the date of purchase.
In order to make a complaint, print outand complete the Complaint Form (click here to download).
It is also possible to draw up one’s own complaint basing onthe content of our form. However, we encourage you to use the form prepared by us, since this will make it easier for you to lodge the complaint.
Send the product complaint about along with the Complaint Form to the following address:

Complaints are processed immediately, albeit no later than within 14 days of receipt of the product complained about.
If the complaint is deemed justified, we will meet the claims under the complaint in accordance with the legal regulations on statutory warranty.
