To choose the right size, measure your dog’s chest at its widest point (just behind the front legs).
Then, measure the dog’s body length from the neck base (where the collar would naturally sit) to the tail base.

 What should I do if I'm not sure about the size I should choose or my dog has untypical body size?

 How should I clean your leather products?

Leather products are not suitable for use in the water. Therefore, it should not be washed in a washing machine.

The best way to remove stains is to use soft damp cloth (just as with leather shoes or bags).

Let it dry at room temperature.

 Can I wash the hoodie/ jacket in a washing machine?

Yes, both the hoodies and jackets can be washed in 30 degrees.

Dry cleaning is prohibited.

 How can I buy PawPawPaw products?

You canorder all PawPawPaw products in our online shop pppaw.com. So far we only sell online.

 Do I have to register an account to buy your products?

No, you can shop without registering.

 Can I cancel my order?

Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days . If you want to cancel your order, get in touch with us first to make sure we haven't already sent it to your address.

 Can I make changes in my order?

Yes, you can make changes in your order on the condition we haven't already packed it or sent it. If you want to change your order, please contact us at office@pppaw.com or call us: 0048 693864379 within 24 hours after your order has been placed.

 Can I combine my orders for shipping?

Yes, if you want to combine your orders, get in touch with us and let us know about it.

 How long does it take to ship my order?

Your order will be processed within 1-3 days from the date of order. If for any reason shippment of your order will be delayd, we will inform you about it over the e-mail or phone.

 Can I track my order?

Once the order has been placed, you will receive a message confirming that your parcel has been sent. Then, using the order number, you will be able to check its status.
Parcels for foreign Customers are first delivered to the warehouse of Europaczka and then sent the Customer’s country from that place by means of DHL DE courier company.

The Customer will be notified about the shipment of goods by e-mail. Then, after the goods have been sent from the warehouse of Europaczka, the Customer will be sent a shipping number to track the parcel.

 I just made an order. When will you ship it?

After your order has been placed, the package will be sent to you within 1-2 working days.

 How will I know if you have received my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that your order has been received. Please note that this is only to acknowledge that your order has been received and is not confirmation that your purchase has been made.

 Can my order be sent as a gift?

If you want to place an order and have it shipped to a friend or family member, all you need to do is specify their name and address in the "shipping" information. You will provide your information in the "billing" information section.

We don’t offer a gift wrapping service so the goods will arrive just like a normal order.

 What are the shipping costs?

 Do you ship internationally?

In the future we will do our best to ship our good also to countries outside EU.

 Can I collect the products I bought in person?

For now there is no possibility to collect the order in person.

If products are not what you expected you may return them within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returned goods must not be damaged or worn.

Then, fill in the Return Form and send it back to us together with the item you wish to return.

 When will I receive a refund for the returned items ?

The returned product will be refunded within 10 calendar days following the date the Shop received a complete parcel with the goods

 COMPLAINTS
 The product I ordered proved to be defective. Can I make a complaint about it?

Yes, you can. All products bought in our Shop come with the right in respect of the product nonconformity with the contract for a PERIOD OF 2 YEARS.

 How should I make a complaint about a product?

 Can the Shop not accept my complaint?

Yes, it can. We reserve the right to reject complaints. If the decision concerning a complaint is negative, it will have a statement of reason and be sent by e-mail to the address indicated by the Customer in the Complaint Form.

 How long do I have to wait for your decision concerning my complaint?

Complaints are processed immediately, albeit no later than within 14 days of receipt of the product complained about.

 What will you do with the ordered products if your decision concerning my complaint is negative?

If a complaint is rejected, the goods will be sent back to the Customer along with a statement on illegitimacy of the complaint.

 Who pays the shipping costs of the goods complained about?

If a complaint is deemed reasonable, we will cover the shipping costs incurred by the Customer to send the goods to the Shop as well as the shipping costs to send the new faultlessgoods to the Customer.

 Can I get a refund for a defective product instead of a new item?rodukt, zamiast otrzymania nowego towaru?

Yes, you can. If you decide that you do not want to receive a new faultless product from us, we will refund it along with the shipping costs.
